Unabashed

I finished two rewrites today. Never fear, there are probably more to come. Seems at least 75% of the stories I write require multiple rewrites. One of these today I started about two years ago, so it was good to see an ending come into focus for it. It’s called “Wagon Hill.” I think I conceived it when I was about twelve, and I’ve always thought of it as my Sleepy Hollow. It ended up totally different from how I’d always thought it would be though. I swear I just saw something outside my window…
